Nokia X1-01 Dual Sim Phone
Nokia, one of the biggest mobile phone manufacturer has announced another entry-level phone, Nokia X1-01 Dual SIM Phone. It is a variant of X1-00 and the significant difference between both the models is the dual SIM capability of X1-01.
Nokia X1-01 Features and Specifications:
It comes with a 1320 mAh Li-Ion battery that can deliver up to 42 days of stand by time, up to 36 hours of music playback and 14 hours of talk time. According to Nokia, this model is integrated with the clearest and loudest speaker Nokia has ever had. The speaker can deliver around 106 phon of loudness.
It runs on super-basic Symbian Series 30 with basic configuration and supporting GSM+GSM Sim. It can remember the settings of five separate SIM cards and each SIM can have its own logo, ringtone and music signature. This is perhaps one of its most outstanding feature. One can switch between the SIMs and even get notifications of messaged and calls waiting on one SIM while using the other one,
It sports 1.8 inch TFT display with 128*160 resolution, 3.5 mm audio socket running on basic Series 30 operating system
There are three dedicated music keys with intuitive one-press playlist creation and in-built loud speaker. Other specifications include preloaded games, Nokia Money and Ovi Life Tools. Ovi Life tools are packed with market prices, health advice, entertainment, news and education services. Memory is expandable up to 16GB with MicroSD and it also has a flashlight at the top. It allows storage of 500 phone book connects and 250 SMS.
Nokia X1-01 Availability and Price in India:
Nokia X1-01 is available in five different colors: white, red, ocean blue, dark grey and orange. It will be shipped in this quarter in China, India, Middle East, Africa, Eurasia, South-East Asia/Pacific region and Brazil. It will be retailed around Rs. 2,200 or 34 Euros.
Nokia X1-01 Verdict:
Nokia X1-01 is a great dual phone budget phone for all the music centric people. But users can be miffed with the sound banging in their heads. There is nothing out of the box in this except an exceptionally long battery life and capability of switching between SIMs. It is better to check out other models in the same price range.
