Google docs added new features like creating live surveys, polls, showing graphs and charts from the poll result. If you are using Wordpress hosting service then you can have similar options using some create poll or survey plugins. Other blog platforms and websites can now add polls and surveys using Google docs spreadsheets now.
live surveys and Polls on blogs are useful for getting user feedback and interacting with them. You can create and publish simple forms, collect user feedback and can also post the result back using Google graphs and charts.
You can send these created surveys and polls to your friends or your blog subscribers over email. You can embed these polls directly in your website using simple embed code.
Your site visitors won’t need to sign in to Google docs and they can post their responses easily without leaving your site.
The poll answers or user response options can be of different types like:
User responses will directly get saved to your Google spreadsheet and you can keep eye on all answers by adding this gadget to iGoogle homepage. Even you can create graphs and charts for the poll result using Google spreadsheet.

You need to publish these created charts to your site using the HTML code provided by Google docs. When new response is added to your poll, the chart will get updated dynamically.
