YAHOO AUSTRALIA has released its first stand-alone search project through which users can perform Flickr, Wikipedia, YouTube and Yahoo search queries simultaneously.
Alpha is similar to Google’s Co-op and makes it possible to search all of your favourite search engines from a single page.

The site uses Yahoo’s regular web search function, but, in addition to this, can display results from Wikipedia, Yahoo7 Answers, Flickr and YouTube.
The entire beta has been developed by Yahoo’s Australian engineering department. It has not yet been decided when or if Alpha will ever see the light of day as a project.
