I agree with David about customer service and especially "quality". You never know if the dollar gets ditched then we are all in a ride of our lives!!
I cant speculate as to what will happen with the dollar, but here in Pakistan inflation is on a "high" because of the dollar losing its value.

Pakistan is a country where we dont even have enough electricity to supply the common people. The result of the dollar's decreased value has seen 10's of millions of dollars being transferred to Dubai everyday for the past two months now.

I dread to see what will happen to this country in the future, especially with the American economy decline. Almost everyone I know has converted their assets into Sterling or Euro.

Besides the cost advantage now quality of work is also a major concern with companies.

There are new and upcoming areas in marketing like Internet Marketing, Search Engine Optimization where Indian companies are trying to establish a quality outsourcing destination.

There are many kinds of outsourcing and not only to the US. Therefore there is no need to charge only in US dollars. The US dollar has lost value against most currencies thus reducing margins for most suppliers.

Will India keep the lead? why not. As long as the service is good and at a competitive price business will be there. Price is not the only thing. Customer service and on time delivery count also.
