Razer has revealed their first gaming laptop named as “Razer Blade”. This company is known for making gaming accessories and ultimate gaming mice. This gaming laptop is known for incredible performance, portability and amazing interface for gaming. According to the grapevine, it is said to be the world’s first true Gaming Laptop.
It is less than an inch thick and weighs less than seven pounds. It is probably the thinnest gaming laptop equipped with 17 inch screen. The chassis of the laptop is pure aluminum giving it a sleek look. The design is sleek with back lit keys and Razer logo in green color.
Razer Blade is powered by intel core i7 CPU and NVIDIA GE FORCE graphics processor with 1080p HD. There is 2GB RAM, 320GB HDD and built-in 60Wh battery. No to mention HD webcam and built-in WIFI. It also features HDMI port, three USB connectors and one of the USB connectors is with UDB 3.0 standard.
It boasts of a new interface called the Switchable UI. With Switchable UI you have the access to macros, normal hotkeys and skills seen on the screen appearing on 10 adaptive keys. The 10 adaptive keys are 10 gaming keys. There is a touchpad below the keys which is also a secondary display. The mini LCD screen is capable of two modes. One mode in which it functions as a multi touch panel and another in which it displays the game details when an external mouse is connected.
The customizable keys will be appreciated by the hardcore gamers who play MMORPGs, real time strategy games, role playing games and multiplayer online role playing games.
