LG has launched a new LG Optimus Net P960 which might come in a low to mid range phone. This model could be the successor to LG Optimus One which was released last year with more polished features and an improved design.

LG Optimus Net P690 Review:

LG Optimus Net P960 will come with 3.2 inch touch screen with 320*480 resolution and more powerful 800 MHz Qualcomm processor instead of 600 MHz processor with Adreno 200 graphics.

This model comes with 3 megapixel camera with 2048*1536 pixels along with video recording, geo-tagging and autofocus but no secondary camera. It will be running on Android Gingerbread 2.3.3. The phone will have the quad-band GSM.

Other special features that are included are proximity sensor for auto-turn off, accelerometer for UI auto rotate, multi-touch, digital compass, etc. The phone will feature a custom graphical interface long with social widgets for monitoring social networking sites.

There is 512MB RAM, a GPS, 802.11 b/g/n WIFI with DLNA support, FM Radio, USB port, bluetooth 3.0 and a 1500 mAh battery which can deliver up to 4 hours of talk time and 100 hours of stand by time.
