LG has stepped into the dual screen smartphone market with the launch of Android powered LG Genesis, TouchPhone. It is a dual slider phone with two touchscreen displays with full QWERTY keyboard and will be launched by the US cellular.
LG Genesis sports 3.5 inch external touchscreen with 480*800 resolution, 3.2 inch internal display with 1480*800p resolution, 1GHz snapdragon central processor operating on Android 2.2 Froyo OS. The internal memory is 430MB and expandable up to 8GB memory card with micro SD card.
Along with 5 megapixel It also enables 640*480 video recording and supports DLNA multimedia sharing. WIFI Hot Spot facility is also enabled in this smartphone as WIFI is supported. It is powered by 1500 mAh battery, weighs 6 ounces and measures 4.72*2.43*0.66 that delivers up to 150 min and up to 17 days and 12 hours.
