Bharti Airtel and Vodafone releasing iPhone in Indian market on 22nd August. Millions of Indian mobile phone users are eagerly waiting to this fully equipped device in their hands. I don’t know why Apple not released it earlier in Indian market.

Current mobile competitors Nokia, Samsung, Motorola and LG are well settled in Indian mobile market and many high range mobiles in the price range of RS 20K to 30K are available in India nowadays.

iPhone is embedded with all 3G (third generation mobile telephony) features and is twice as fast as current mobile phones. It also supports in-built GPS navigation system.

Yet both the companies have not disclosed the iPhone price. According to rumors iPhone could be priced in between Rs 15K to 18K.

I am eagerly waiting to see iPhone in Indian market. Let’s see when can we see it in our hands!
