Even on "incognito" window your employer can track the pages you visit ;-) Even in Firefox browser there you can set option to clear all private data once you close the Firefox window. Google incognito feature is somewhat similar to this Firefox feature. Just a tweak in presentation. @Shantanu,

Looks simple but powerful. have u seen the incognito feature? its superb i like it as my computer is a shared one and lot of times I was deleting total history manually.
