Why Google fall on Customer satisfaction?
The customer satisfaction survey released by ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) shows drop in Google’s ranking on customer satisfaction by 4%. Yahoo! topped the list with score of 79 up 4% from last year.

No more Supplemental results in Google index

Google announced that from now onwards they will not show “Supplemental result” label to the indexed pages. Supplemental results were the pages of secondary or no importance in index. These supplemental pages are used only when main index do not returns sufficient data to the users.
